Jim and Emily Bokern have invested in the future of the School District of Marshfield, its students, and, by doing so, the community. Marshfield's downtown will have a new greenspace and venue for music. The Park will be named Marilyn Hardacre Park to honor the many contributions Marlyn has made to Marshfield.

A ground breaking was held May 27, 2015 at the Wildwood Zoo for the new Adler Family Kodiak Bear Exhibit. Zoo officials announced that two of the three orphaned Kodiak bear cubs from Kodiak Island in Alaska would be coming to the Wildwood Zoo in October.
